TESTOSTERONE THERAPY

Low energy is asymptom, not a sentence.

Testosterone replacement therapy, supervised by a physician from the first consultation onward — built around your labs, your symptoms and how you actually live.

Treatments

Three ways to take it

Which one fits depends on your labs, your routine and what you can keep up with. That is a conversation with a clinician, not a checkbox.

  • Injectable

    Intramuscular or subcutaneous

    • Self-administered at home, typically weekly
    • The most established route, with the longest track record
    • Steady levels between doses for most patients
  • Topical gel

    Applied daily to the skin

    • No needles
    • A daily habit rather than a weekly one
    • Requires care around skin-to-skin contact with others
  • Oral

    Taken by mouth

    • No injections and nothing to transfer to skin
    • Travels well
    • Dosing schedule is stricter than the other two

Which route is right — and what it costs — comes out of the consultation, because the dose depends on your bloodwork.

How it works

From first question to first dose

  1. Tell us what you are experiencing

A short intake about your symptoms, your history and what you are hoping to change. It is what the clinician reads before you speak.

  2. Get your levels measured

Testosterone therapy starts from bloodwork, not from a questionnaire. Treatment is only appropriate for some of the people who feel these symptoms.

  3. Start under supervision, and stay under it

If therapy is right for you, a clinician sets the route and the dose, and adjusts both as your follow-up labs come back.

Why here

Supervised, not automated

Hormone therapy is a long relationship with a clinician, not a subscription box. Everything below follows from that.

  • A clinician decides, not a form

Every dose and every route is set by a licensed clinician who has seen your labs. An intake form is where the conversation starts, never where it ends.

  • Bloodwork before and during

Levels are measured before therapy begins and re-checked while it continues. Therapy that is never re-measured is therapy nobody is supervising.

  • The protocol follows you

Route, dose and schedule get adjusted to your results and your routine — the plan that works is the one you can actually keep.

  • Honest about who it is for

Not everyone with low energy has low testosterone, and TRT is not the answer for everyone who does. If it is not right for you, the consultation should say so.

Questions

Frequently asked

TRT restores testosterone toward a normal range in people whose levels are measurably low. For the right patient it may help with energy, focus, mood, strength and libido. It is a prescription therapy: a clinician decides whether it applies to you, based on bloodwork and symptoms together.

It is a prescription medication with real contraindications, which is why it is prescribed and monitored rather than sold. Under a clinician who measures your levels before starting and re-checks them during treatment, it is well understood and widely used. Your consultation is where the risks specific to you get discussed.

Most people who respond begin noticing changes within the first weeks, and the fuller picture takes longer. It varies by person, by starting level and by route — which is part of why follow-up bloodwork matters more than how you feel on any given day.

Your health information is handled as medical information, not marketing data, and is not shared outside your care.
